Nilofer, I loved your reflections on artists and story-tellers. As an elementary school teacher and Head of School for many, many years, I loved young children's art. It peaked in third grade and then kids became more aware of how they stacked up in their own estimation and were less eager to take chances. As a grandpa, and reader to children at Barnes and Noble, I know the value of storytelling. Wonderful poetic piece.

"Nobody knows that her art
creates a barrier that protects Earth
from any harm."
Love this. I'm all about the underdog!
Loved the premise of this poem. Thank you for sharing it!
Keep rooting for the underdog. Helping the helpless is always the best response. Love this beautiful reflection with the vanilla pod.
Profound!
